Taiwan Hardware Show (THS) is the sole international show for the hardware, tool and home improvement industries in Taiwan. The THS is the No. 1 Asian sourcing platform for quality and innovative products, and will be held from 21 to 23 October 2010. The 3-day event will once again demonstrate Taiwan's outstanding manufacturers presenting innovative products and highlight their competitiveness in R&D distinguishing themselves among worldwide competitors.

The THS is organized by Kaigo Co., Ltd. and strongly supported by The Taiwan Hand Tool Manufacturers' Association, The National Joint Association of Hardware, The Metal Industries Research & Development Center, The Taiwan Ceramic Industries Association, The Taiwan Regional Metal Smelters Association, The Taiwan Woodworking Machinery Association and The Taipei Kitchen Commercial Association.

In 2008, the 8th edition of the THS was an outstanding success. The 3-day exhibition, held in conjunction with the 1st "Home & Lifestyle Fair", saw 246 exhibitors with a total of 420 booths, representing a significant 35% increase in participants compared to 2007. Numerous outstanding manufacturers, including MAKITA, Rexon, Lee Yeong, Yih Cheng, My Hand, King Tony, G-Alantic, Hans Tools, Double Dynasty, Honiton, J & K, Lucky-Brand, Jaco, Infar, Kuang Yuang, A-Kraft, Dess, Re-Dai, Stand Tools, Force Shyang Yuan, and Mobiletron Electronics, etc., showcased the premium products, and drew 13,778 professional buyers from 50 countries worldwide. This was the biggest Taiwan Hardware Show to date and it is expected to be much bigger next year!

The Taiwan Hardware Show together with the Home & Lifestyle Fair strategically integrates the 4 categories of Tools, Building Materials, Automotive Supplies and DIY and Houseware products. Taiwan's tool manufacturers have played a role as a major supplier for decades, with a reputation for stringent reliability, flexibility, quality, availability, and efficiency in the global marketplace.
