Expo Profile
First established in 2011 and jointly held by domestic and foreign associations, China Lock Industry Expo (Lock China) is held in Guangzhou every spring. Aiming to set up an international trading platform and to push forward the lock industry, Lock China has developed into the most professional and the largest lock expo at present.
Since first edition, our expo has gained substantial support from related government departments and associations, and has attracted more than 600 renowned exhibitors at home and abroad, including Stanley, Lumidigrn, ARTECID.KABA, KOPAT, IBILIV, Justlock, Paxton, Acsys, Yuema Locks, Tieshen Lock, Zhejiang Jiawei Lock Co., Ltd., Techshino, Chengdu Patron Saint Technology Ltd., etc. The total number of domestic and international visitors has respectively added up to more than 40,000 and 5,000.
By joining hands with over 300 professional media and associations, Lock China strives to develop itself into an international and professional expo for trade negotiation, transaction, information exchange and image display.
Show Review
Owing to the great attention and support from governments, associations and industry insiders, the 4th China Lock Industry Expo came to a successful end in Hall 9.1 of China Import and Export Fair Complex on May 12-14, 2014. Covering an exhibition area of nearly 8,000 square meters, Lock China 2014 gathered 162 lock enterprises coming from over 10 countries and regions, including China, America, Britain, France, South Korea, Spain, etc. Exhibits on display covered mechanical locks, electronic smart locks, lock cylinders, lock making equipment, accessories and other related products.
Moreover, Lock China Product Release Conference, Xiaojin Locksmiths Competition and other events kick off concurrently, at which Lumidigrn, Drops Craft and several companies presented their latest products and technologies. The product release conference received high appraisal from both exhibitors and buyers.
Compared with last edition, Lock China 2014 saw 30% growth in the total number of domestic visitors and 21% in that of overseas visitors. It altogether received over 13,000 visitors from 38 countries and regions, such as China, America, France, Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, and so forth. The professional visitors mainly consisted of manufacturers, dealers, agents, door & window manufacturers, real estate developers, locksmiths and those from import & export companies, trading companies, decoration engineering companies, design institutes and building materials centers.

【展会亮点Highlights  
 
1. China’s No.1 Lock Expo
    Lock China is the first exhibition on locks as well as the most professional one in China. By virtue of the strong support from governments, associations and global publicity, Lock China develops itself into China’s No.1 lock expo, a professional promotion platform for lock enterprises.
 
2. Substantial Association Support
     Lock China 2015 has gained full support from associations in US, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Guangdong Province and other areas. Each of them will organize their members to exhibit at or visit the expo.
 
3. A Gathering of Renowned Brands and Products
Meanwhile, the 7th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Housing Industry Expo and Asia Pacific Interior Design Cultural Festival will be staged at the same time. Covering an exhibition area of 60,000 square meters in total, Lock China 2015 and concurrent events will gather over 1,000 brands, and feature tens of thousands of products, including locks, decorative hardware, smart home, decoration materials, etc. Lock China is expected to gather more than 300 renowned exhibitors from China, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Japan and other countries and regions in 2015.    To maximize publicity effect worldwide, the Organizing Committee will collaborate with 400 domestic media as well as over 100 foreign media. Several promotional approaches are employed, including network, magazines, TV, etc. In addition, we will also join hands with authoritative media to publicize and report the show.
 
5. Perfect Combination of Exhibition and Conferences
To build a communication and trading platform for manufacturers, dealers, designers and buyers, the Organizing Committee will also hold a series of activities, and some of them will include: Lock China Product Release Conference, Modern Building Technology Forum, Asia Pacific Interior Design Forum, etc.

4.  Related manufacturing equipment, lock accessories, locksmith tools, etc.
5.  Biometric identification:fingerprint identification technology, vein recognition technology, palmprint recognition technology, face recognition technology, iris identification technology, etc.
6.   Access control: embedded access control, access controller, card reader, button switch, door closer, electric control lock, etc.

Luxury booth facilities: one table, one bar chair, one glass table with 4 chairs, fascia in English and Chinese, two spotlights, one wastebin, a piece of floor carpet and one outlet.(Advert on table: self-prepared; size: 1m*1m)
 
Raw Space
USD 240 /sq. m.
Minimum rental space: 36 square meters. No facilities provided. Additional management fee: RMB 50 /m2. The booth should be built and decorated by exhibitors themselves.
 
Exhibition Procedure
1. Please carefully fill out the "Exhibitor Contract" with company stamp before faxing or sending email to the Organizing Committee.
2. The exhibition fee must be transferred to the appointed account within five working days after the exhibition application is confirmed.
3. After the booth is confirmed, the “Exhibitor Manual” will be sent to exhibitors, the content of which includes how to transport the exhibits, hotel information, facility rent and other relevant information.
4. The Organizing Committee will arrange booths according to the principle of “first apply, first arrange, first pay, first confirm”. During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee will give the invoices to exhibitors uniformly.
